Woonsocket Police have arrested a man in connection to a non-fatal shooting on Diamond Hill Road Tuesday afternoon.
Lorenzo Dominiques, 27, is under arrest for shooting another man following an altercation. Dominiques is charged with one count each of assault with a deadly weapon, altering the identification of a weapon, carrying a firearm without a permit, and firing a weapon in a compact area.
The victim is still recovering at Rhode Island Hospital.
