WPRO’s Gene Valicenti interviewed Job Lot CEO Marc Pearlman, Governor Gina Raimondo, and Speaker of the House Nicholas Mattiello Monday morning regarding the RhodeWorks truck toll legislation.

Perlman said Saturday that Ocean State Job Lot has put a $50 million, 500,000 square foot expansion on hold because of the truck toll legislation, along with the hiring of 100 people. He expanded on his comments with Valicenti on Monday morning.

Both Speaker Mattiello and Governor Raimondo remain firm in their commitment to seeing the tolling legislation passed.
