Aleppo- born physician Dr.  Khaled Almilaji’s visa has been revoked without warning upon attempted re-entry into the United States. Dr. Almilaji is currently pursuing his MPH at Brown University. He returned to Turkey for a medical collaboration program and is now unable to return to the United States because of President Trump’s travel ban. His wife is also a physician; she is in the United States and is 9 weeks pregnant.  He has been told he will have to wait up to two months before he is issued a new visa.
