Rhode Island Speaker of the House Nicholas Mattiello (D-Cranston) joined Tara Granahan the morning after the 2018 budget passed out of the Finance Committee.
Mattiello discussed the car tax, the Governor’s watered down “RI Promise,” budget cuts, and more.
The Speaker also weighed on on the Frank Montenaro ‘free tuition’ controversy.
