A caller to WPRO’s Tara Granahan had a good laugh, along with thousands of others, over a moment during this weekend’s Portuguese Festival in Providence. That country’s president Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa wanted to thank Mayor Jorge Elorza after giving him a key to the city… but the mayor went missing.
