Dancers held sway this weekend as the annual Rhythm and Roots Festival brought a wide range of music to Ninigret Park in Charlestown, where thousands of fans camped out and partied all day and into the night.

Old favorites joined newer acts to celebrate ‘roots’ music, including Cajun, zydeco and more.
