After convicted child rapist Richard Gardner was released from custody in Massachusetts and moved to the Washington Park neighborhood of Providence, a testy community meeting and protests outside Gardner’s home ensued.
Providence Police Major David Lapatin joined WPRO’s Gene Valicenti to discuss what police are doing to ensure safety in the community.
