Ron St. Pierre has been a fixture in the Rhode Island broadcast community for almost 30-years starting in 1978 with a 36-hour marathon shift during the blizzard of 1978.  Born and raised in Pawtucket, Ron graduated St. Leo the Great grammer School and is a 1973 graduate of St. Raphael Academy. Ron has an Associate Science in Communications degree from Graham Jr. College in Boston and also attended Rhode Island College.

Ron was a television Sports Anchor for WPRI Channel 12 in the mid 80's thru the early 90's.  Ron keeps his hand in TV appearing as guest host and panelist on RI Public Television's A LIVELY EXPERIMENT.

Ron and Patti St. Pierre have been married 25-years and live in East Greenwich with their daughter, Rita the Wonder Dog, a 9-year old Yellow Lab.  Ron loves to cook, is an avid movie buff and baseball historian.  His favorite team? The Red Sox - and he credits being at opening day 2005 for the raising of the World Championship flag and ring cerimony as one of his biggest thrills. Ron credits Salty Brine, Sherm Strickhouser, Walter Cryan and former WPRO GM Mitch Dolan as the biggest influences in his broadcast career. He's had the pleasure to work with all of them.
