(LOS ANGELES) -- Russell Westbrook scored 10 of his 29 points in the fourth quarter, as the Oklahoma City Thunder fended off the Los Angeles Clippers, 108-104.
With 3:33 left in the third quarter, the Thunder had a 19 point lead. But the Clippers fought back and Jamal Crawford's three with 1:30 left in the game gave Los Angeles the lead.
Russell Westbrook then proceeded to score four points, including what would prove to be the game winner.
Kevin Durant, who led all scorers with 35 points, talked about how his team was able to handle the late game adversity.
"We've grown up a lot as a team," Durant said. "We've been through situations like this. We just kept saying, 'weather the storm, it will get better.'"
The Clippers (43-19) received 26 points and eight assists from Chris Paul in the loss.
The Thunder (43-16) is now three games behind San Antonio for the best record in the NBA.
