Tara Granahan
Tara is an award-winning journalist, having been a TV & radio personality for 15 years; reporting on everything from breaking news to hard news interviews (President Clinton) to entertainment (Oprah, Regis Philbin, Rosie O’Donnell, Wynonna Judd, the 2001 Grammy Awards, the ladies of “The View” and the cast of “Good Morning America”) –she also appeared on ABC’s “All MY Children”.
She was nominted for 5 Emmy awards for her investigative reporting in the "You Paid for It!" series and won a 1st place award from the Associated Press.
Tara received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in Journalism and a minor degree in English; she was also fortunate to study abroad at the Oxford Moore University in Oxford, England.
Tara has worked with numerous charities, hosting events for the SIDS Foundation, Think Pink RI, the Weber Foundation of Helping Hands, the Aspiring Dreamz Foundation, the Jonah Center, amongst others. She is also a board member for Racing for Honor (www.racingforhonor.com) - a charity started by her nephew Jordan Genga to raise funds for local veterans in need.

Stephen Antoni
Host of Real Estate Answers and Mortgage Solutions, has been a Realtor with RE/MAX for 11 years. He holds real estate licenses in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Currently, Stephen is the sitting Realtor of the Year 2007 for the State of Rhode Island. He is also an Executive Officer on the Rhode Island Association Of Realtors, Board of Directors, as well as Immediate Past President of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors. Stephen served as a Town Councilor for the town of Richmond, RI from 1996-2002

Gary Richardson
Co-host of Real Estate Answers and Mortgage Solutions, has been a loan originator with Shamrock Financial Corporation in East Providence since 2002. He works with all types of mortgage refinances and purchase transactions, and specializes in Reverse mortgages and Residential construction loans.
Gary has hundreds of clients throughout southern New England, New York state and Florida.
Prior to mortgage lending, Gary spent 15 years in the non-profit sector, working for the YMCA and the Boy Scouts of America, with an emphasis on directing summer camping programs in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine.
Married to Mary J. Richardson for 31 years, Gary has three grown children, two of whom are married, and two grandchildren, Tyler and Jake Richardson. His hobbies include home improvements, cycling, genealogy and building back yard ponds!
